Focus Life Coaching - How it Works
A lot of my individual coaching is done on the telephone. Those who have not experienced this method sometimes have concerns regarding its effectiveness and feel that they would prefer to have face to face coaching.
Telephone coaching is extremely powerful. All Life Coaches are trained to listen extremely deeply, at many levels, and to really hear it all.
Consider, if you will, the intensity of experience when fully listening to a gripping play on the radio. Every feeling, every emotion, every nuance is completely laid bare through the continually varying subtleties of inflection, timbre, pitch and pace of the players' voices. You can see it all!
So it is with coaching. We hear it all.
Telephone coaching has other advantages -
You can have your coaching in the privacy of your own home or office
You don't have to spend time and money travelling to your sessions
There are no geographical boundaries so we can work together wherever you live
My clients usually have three regular, scheduled, half-hour telephone sessions per month together with full e-mail support and up to three "laser" (short) additional calls if something urgent comes up or if they just HAVE to share an exciting development, achievement or event.
I pay for the calls if clients are using a standard British landline.
