Copy the diagram
Each spoke has ten points on it working from 0 in the centre to 10 at the circumference
Choose an area of your life for each spoke and write it at the end of that spoke
Examples – Health, Spouse/Partner, Family, Friends, Needs met, Work, Colleagues, Money, Religion, Spirituality, Life alignment, Time and Space for yourself, Fun and Recreation, Personal Growth, Personal Development, Home Environment, Work Environment, Support, Communities
Evaluate on a 1-10 scale how happy you are with each area of you life
Using a pencil mark your evaluation on each spoke from 0 at the centre to 10 at the circumference
Join up your marks using curved lines.
How round is your life balance wheel?
What sort of ride will it provide?
How large is your wheel?
Do smaller or larger wheels get knocked off course more easily?
Use a pencil so you can modify your wheel as you grow
Add more spokes if you wish
